History Reclaimed – the fightback continues

I was recently made aware of this article on the History Reclaimed website, and I recommend it highly:

It is a shame there are a couple of typos in it (the gold rush was in 1886, not 1896) as these will be gleefully grasped by the (increasingly beleaguered) Defenders of the Myth, so as to avoid addressing all the brilliant points in the article. We all know that, for want of actually being able to refute inconvenient historical reality, these clowns love to pounce upon a typo instead; anything, indeed, to keep their much-loved Apartheid-era myths staggering on a bit longer.
