On 2 June 1908, General Sir Redvers Henry Buller, VC, GCB, GCMG died, aged 68.
History has generally not been kind to Buller, and attempts to denigrate his legacy continue; with their plans to relocate his statue foiled, the pen-pushing leftie nobodies of Exeter Council are instead pushing to remove the phrase ‘He Saved Natal’ from the monument to him in the town.
Quite how that undeniable statement of reality should be air-brushed from history by these self-loathing woke warriors is beyond me, and these PC prats are not fit to polish his boots.

General Buller was a legend! He deserves multiple monuments, and he should definitely be taught about throughout the civilised world.
