It has been known for a long time that every British Leftist gets issued with one of these, to be played whenever they are feeling out of their depth in a discussion, and seeing their preferred world view exposed as the nonsense it is:

It is equally well known that those who have hammered their colours to the mast of the National Party myths that still swirl around the Boer War get issued one of these:

The Concentration Camp Card is deployed in exactly the same way as the Race Card – basically, whenever a True Believe feels out of his depth, and sees his much-loved myths shattering before his eyes, he whips out his Concentration Camp Card, and frantically hopes that this means he doesn’t have to answer any awkward or difficult questions.
Example:
True Believer: ‘The British attacked us to steal our gold!’
Person with a functioning brain: ‘Well, no – actually the Boers declared war and started it by attacking British territory’
True Believer: ‘OK… err… but… but… err – you murdered my granny in a concentration camp when she was a baby!’
